  • Rewrote the Test Policy to refocus from requirements based to risk-based approach to testing

  • Developed an Excel based bug tracking tool for smaller projects

In 2019, Test.io was acquired by EPAM Systems enabling the ability to not only offer testing services but also software development & consultancy services.

Took ownership for improving service offerings:

  • Designed, wrote & delivered testing training for all CSM’s that followed ISTQB Syllabus, allowing CS Managers to consult with clients & provide best practice advice.
  • Reviewed data of key clients to identify usage, met clients, identified what part of the service they felt could be improved, identified pain points, not only for the service being delivered but also for their entire development process, tailored a personalised strategy & plan for the client to achieve required outcomes & also cover all pain points resulting in a 30% revenue & 4x commitment increase.
  • Identified lack of single source of truth for internal knowledge, wrote, designed & led initiatives across team of all EMEA CS Managers, significantly enhancing customer value & team training, allowing all representatives to source answers & respond to customer queries within hours rather than multiple days. So successful it was rolled out to the global CS function covering all internal knowledge
