I have a proven record of service delivery which has covered a diverse background in web, desktop and mobile technologies across functional, usability, load, localisation and security testing projects from start-ups through to blue chip clients using some of the latest testing techniques.   • Rewrote the Test Policy to refocus from requirements based to risk-based approach to testing
  • Member of the Change Advice Board and Service Introduction Board
  • Deputise for the Service introduction & improvement Manager
  • Developed an Excel based bug tracking tool for smaller projects
  • Instrumental in process improvement leading to a reduction in overheads for the Project Managers.
  • Single point of contact for authorisation sign off for all testing strategy/plan/scripts
  • Business requirements/functional/technical analysis and static testing
  • Liaising with stakeholders, project and programme managers
  • Progress meetings and reporting the state of play to the board
