After numerous failed attempts of implementing industry standards in software testing, Anglian Water appointed me as their Test Manager in November 2016 to build the foundations of testing and bring best practice testing to Anglian Water.
After my time with Qualitest UK, Applause approached me to ask me to continue my service delivery tasks globally within the Applause community on a contracting basis. Along with service delivery, I am also responsible for building strategic relationships to increase the Applause offering within the accounts under my remit while also evangelising Applause and best practice QA Standards.

Recruited initially to turn around the failing UK partnership service delivery and increase customer retention and revenue growth. Advancing quickly to cover a larger geographical area; Managing service delivery for UK and EMEA clients; assisting in pre-sales technical queries, presentations and pricing.
Recruited to join a new team of 3 testers, I was jointly responsible for ensuring the quality of 300+ local newspaper websites and 4 other verticals.

Test.io is a leading crowdtesting platform founded in 2011 that help software teams deliver high quality applications faster. Employing 850+ employees generating $1.8million in annual revenue. In 2019, Test.io was acquired by EPAM Systems enabling the ability to not only offer testing services but also software development & consultancy services.

Monterosa provides fan engagement apps to customers such Liverpool FC, ITV, Nickelodeon, EA Sports, Six Nations, Formula E, IMG Arean, The Jockey Club, Goodwood & Vodafone through the use of their SaaS platform.
I was head hunted to assess their current QA function & put in a policy & strategy for the future of the QA function.

National World Plc owns and operates 13 regional and city daily newspapers and over one hundred other franchises in print and online including The Scotsman, Yorkshire Post, The Sheffield Star.

The UK’s largest geographical water services company serving over 6 million domestic and business customers.

Andy doesn’t see things as problems, but merely as opportunities to apply some creative thinking. His knowledge is very broad, and he quickly picks up anything new that may be presented to him.
