Hi, I’m Andy, an experienced, delivery focussed Quality Assurance Consultant with a wealth of multi-disciplinary IT experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing and Project Management. I have a proven record of service delivery which has covered a diverse background in web, desktop and mobile technologies across functional, usability, load, localisation and security testing projects from start-ups through to blue chip clients using some of the latest testing techniques. After numerous failed attempts of implementing industry standards in software testing, Anglian Water appointed me as their Test Manager in November 2016 to build the foundations of testing and bring best practice testing to Anglian Water.
After my time with Qualitest UK, Applause approached me to ask me to continue my service delivery tasks globally within the Applause community on a contracting basis. Along with service delivery, I am also responsible for building strategic relationships to increase the Applause offering within the accounts under my remit while also evangelising Applause and best practice QA Standards.

Recruited to join a new team of 3 testers, I was jointly responsible for ensuring the quality of 300+ local newspaper websites and 4 other verticals.

Andy doesn’t see things as problems, but merely as opportunities to apply some creative thinking. His knowledge is very broad, and he quickly picks up anything new that may be presented to him.
