Today marks the start of my journey as a Customer Success Manager for Test.IO, Part of the EPAM family. Prior to this, I was Head of QA for Monterosa and I have been asked by many of my friends and family why I stepped away from such a high profile role, into a Customer Success Manager Role.
In simple terms the reason for this move is although I loved my role at Monterosa, I am very passionate about Crowdtesting. By taking on this new role, it gives me the opportunity to share my knowledge and expertise in Quality Assurance with many more individuals. I have spent the majority of my career in Crowdtesting and I have had the privilege of working with companies of all sizes from the one-man start-up working from their garage through to the conglomerates such as Google, LinkedIn, BBC and many more.
This experience has afforded me the insight into what works, what doesn’t work and more importantly, the understanding that there is no one size fits all.
Returning to Crowdtesting will allow me to share the benefits of great QA with more than just one company. I hope that this makes sense and gives some insight into my reasoning.
